Skin & Soul Therapy for HOPE

Skin & Soul Therapy for HOPE is a non-profit initiative created to support cancer patients experiencing skin-related side effects from chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy—caring not only for their skin, but also for their sense of self and emotional well-being.

A specially customized oncology-safe hydrating facial has proven to help restore healthy, nourished skin while also reducing stress, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, and, for many clients, rekindling a sense of normalcy during treatment.

The program was founded by Tatiana Morales, a bilingual (English–Spanish) licensed esthetician and oncology-trained practitioner with over eight years of experience working directly with cancer patients. Tatiana understands firsthand the profound impact that gentle, intentional skincare can have during the challenges of cancer treatment.

Her approach blends advanced skincare knowledge with integrative therapeutic practices, creating an experience that is deeply individualized and supportive. Her clients lovingly refer to her as “the beautician with angel’s hands.”

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tatiana transformed her practice by converting a 15-passenger van into a mobile skincare therapy room—originally known as Wellness on Wheels (“WoW”). This mobile concept allowed her to bring safe, accessible facials directly to clients whose health or immune systems made travel difficult.


Today, Wellness on Wheels has evolved into Tatiana’s treatment studio, Skin & Soul, where her nonprofit program continues to serve those in need.

Tatiana is a bilingual esthetician specializing in sensitive skin and oncology-safe care, with over a decade of experience in advanced skincare. She founded Skin & Soul by LilyBelle to offer gentle, personalized treatments that support long-term skin health.

Her approach blends professional expertise with compassionate, non-aggressive techniques that help clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
