About Us
Tatiana Morales is a bilingual Spanish–English oncology-trained esthetician with over a decade of experience in advanced skincare. Her journey began with a deep love for beauty and skin health, eventually leading her to transition from a successful 14-year career in Interior Design to follow her true calling in esthetics.
Specializing in sensitive skin and clients who are immunocompromised, Tatiana is dedicated to providing personalized, progressive skincare that supports natural beauty and overall well-being. Her philosophy of “Aging with Grace” reflects her belief that aging should be honored with gentle, non-aggressive care that respects the skin’s natural function and the stories it carries.
Tatiana is an educator for Hale & Hush, a leading sensitive-skin brand, and a partner of Blue Beautifly, an organic skincare line known for its safe and effective formulations.
Her commitment to compassionate care inspired her to establish Skin & Soul Therapy for HOPE — a community initiative centered on Holistic Oncology Patient Empowerment — offering supportive, oncology-safe skincare to those navigating cancer treatment.
Her work has also been recognized internationally: in 2022, Tatiana earned first place in the Compassionate Category at The Skin Games, often referred to as “the Oscars for beauty practitioners.”
Tatiana’s approach integrates a thorough intake process, advanced skincare techniques, oncology-safe protocols, and supportive energy practices to create treatments that are not only effective, but deeply comforting and restorative. Her services primarily support women ages 32 to 90 who want gentle, customized care that honors their skin’s changing needs.
Outside the studio, Tatiana enjoys the ocean, paddleboarding, kayaking, yoga, and spending time with her family. Her bilingual abilities allow her to connect with and support a diverse community of clients.
Who Is an Oncology-Trained Esthetician?
An oncology-trained esthetician is a licensed skincare professional with specialized training based on oncology research and clinical studies. They understand how to safely modify each treatment according to the client’s diagnosis, current health status, medication, and the specific cancer therapies they are receiving.
These professionals select products that are safe and effective for clients experiencing the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and treatment-related stress. They are mindful of weakened immune systems and follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to protect their clients’ health. Oncology-trained estheticians also understand the importance of proper timing, treatment adjustments, and supportive techniques to ensure a safe and effective skincare experience.
Because the skin — the body’s largest organ — is often significantly affected by oncology treatments, these practitioners are trained to help clients manage the indirect effects of radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery with care, precision, and empathy.
How Oncology-Trained Estheticians Help
Oncology-trained estheticians provide comfort, care, and compassionate support through active listening, education, and personalized treatment plans. They help clients understand and care for their changing skin by choosing safe, soothing products and techniques that support healing.
Their goal is to restore hydration, protect the skin barrier, and support the skin’s natural repair functions — all while offering gentle, compassionate touch. Through thoughtful care, oncology-trained estheticians help clients feel more comfortable, confident, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
At Skin & Soul, every facial is guided by connection, not correction. We listen, customize, and create care plans that support lasting skin health — not quick fixes.
Your skin deserves care that feels as good as it looks.
